Fall/Winter 2009 Written Responses
The package with the controller board arrived safe and sound this week. It seemed it took our customs a couple of days to process it but it's here now.
Wonderfully packed and so easy to assemble because of your labeling.

I can't recall seeing better packaging on anything that I have ever ordered, and I've never had more communication with a seller before, during, and after the transaction! It would be impossible to receive any better service.....

In Nov I ordered and assembled the control board. The parts came in good condition, and marked so I could place them in
the proper positions. Tech support is very helpful, as I have no electronics backround, and I was able to complete and test
my control board to make sure it was assembled correctly. I have recommended this kit to my friends in the NE Ohio EV
group. Would like to say thank you to Paul and Sabrina for all the help and hard work they have put into this product. Glenn

right now I am still testing the controller with 36volts and it is give me a excellent promise. I did run it with full speed for about 15 minutes and controller did not get even warm at all. this is a supper good DIY controller. excellent works Paul & Sabrina's and thank you very much for this open source. I am a big fan of you guys. good luck and happy one year old birthday open source. thx Andy

Both boards came very nicely packaged. Shipping was fast, our countrys postage system was propably the slowest part in the shipping route. I would definitely buy again if I ever needed something from P&S EV Stuff. Thanks a lot.

I am satisfied with the controller. I don't know what else to say. Mine works. I don't have many miles on it because it takes a week to recharge. I will buy another one because I have another motor. And my wife likes driving it and she wants her own. Thank you very much. Alvin

this has been a great experience, getting to know new friends I'm always learning new things on Pauls site and forum, thanks to him I'm ow about finished building by very own CNC Mill, I've took up micro controller programing, I've finally found a reason to build my Electric Car. thanks Paul & Sabrina & everyone on the forum, your always been there to answere all my questions and I'm a better person for it. After ordering a complete speed controller, I received a lot of additional information about controllers in general which I previously did not know. This has helped me a great deal with respect to the construction of my EV. I also appreciate the fact that they publisize any new findings about this controller on their web pages. As for postal delivery, they are superb, the machine was delivered to me before I even needed it and well before the delivery time which they quoted to me. I am totally satisfied with my purchase. Keep up the good work.
